EGCG (epicatchetin) Polyphenol Regulates Blood Sugar

The following report and study was made by the University of Massachusetts Amherst in the Journal of Food Chemistry. It is yet another finding that red wine grape (and green tea) polyphenols — in this case Epicatchetin (EGCG) — provide significant health benefits, and that it is more than just Resveratrol that provide these benefits:
