There has been a significant amount of scientific and medical research into the benefits of Red Wine, Red Wine Grape extracts, Resveratrol, Quercetin, and other Polyphenols. Animal and human studies have been conducted by leading universities over the past 10+ years including: Harvard, University of Michigan, Marywood University, Wake Forest, University of Pennsylvania, Oregon State, Cornell, University of Connecticut, etc.
