| Are there any interactions between Vindure and other medications? Are there people who should avoid Vindure?

| As a prudent precaution, please consult with your doctor if you are taking ANY prescription medications, especially chemotherapy or blood thinners (such as Coumadin or Lovenox). We do not recommend Vindure for those under 18. If you are pregnant or nursing, please consult with your doctor before taking any supplements. Please avoid Vindure if you are allergic to grape products, Resveratrol, or Quercetin. |

| How much Vindure should I take?
|
| One tablet per day is the recommended dosage for adults, the dosage used in several clinical trials. Each person is different, however, and you may get better results with a smaller or larger dosage. There are no problems caused by breaking or cutting a Vindure tablet. |

| When should I take Vindure?
|
| It is best to take Vindure in the morning, so that the added energy won’t affect your sleep. Vindure absorbs slightly better on an empty stomach, but feel free to take it with food if that is more comfortable. |

| How long will it take before I feel the benefits of Vindure?

| Most of our customers feel the benefits in a few days to a few weeks. Some customers don’t realize they have been experiencing benefits until they stop taking Vindure! |

| Are there any side effects of Vindure?

| A very small percentage of users report side effects, most commonly gastric discomfort. For most it goes away in a few days, or with a reduction in dosage to once every 2 days. |

| The Food and Drug administration does not certify dietary supplements. However, all the ingredients are listed as safe by the FDA, and the manufacturing plant is FDA and GMP certified. Vindure is manufactured in Greenville, SC, USA. |
