Should our products not meet your expectations, or have not provided complete satisfaction and excellent value, return the unused portion or empty bottle (maximum of one open or empty bottle) and all sealed bottles for a full refund. Please call or email customer service for a return authorization number and return instructions.

We will process your return and refund your money immediately to the credit card, bank account, PayPal account, or Amazon account that was used for the purchase. You are responsible for the return shipping, but we will refund any shipping we charged. Shipping is not refundable on free sample packs. We suggest using a trackable shipping method for returns, and we can not be responsible for lost or damaged returns. Please include your name and return authorization number to assure speedy processing of return.
